What is Roundup?
“Roundup” is a convenient savings scheme linked to your card, wallet & account transactions. Each time you effect a transaction; we will round up the amount to the nearest hundred Naira (N100) and automatically deposit the difference in your “Roundup" account.
How do I sign up?

Click on the ‘sign up’ button on the home page of our website or click here to sign up.

You can also find a link to install the Roundup app from the homepage of our website (when available).

After you install the Roundup app, all you need is:

  • Your personal details
  • Your bank account details to set up a Direct Debit or Credit.
  • Your personal online banking or account details you will like transactions to be rounded up from.

With these details in hand, you can get up and running in a couple of minutes.

Can I have two different profiles with Roundup?
You should only create one profile – you can have more than one type of bank account or card within this profile. If you have opened a duplicate profile, please contact customer support at
Is Roundup available to people outside of Nigeria?
Roundup is only currently available in Nigeria.
How does Roundup work?

With Roundup, you can set up a savings account from your mobile phone in just a couple of minutes.

Choose your settings, link your bank account and ATM card and you’re ready to go. You can get started within 5 minutes and save money via any transaction on your bank account that is being rounded up. Every of your transactions is rounded up almost immediately. Your savings are added up throughout the week in your ‘Saved this week’ total. This total is collated, and an update is sent to you every... (what day?) at midday. By the end of every day, you’ll see your payment added to your account balance in the app.

How are my transactions rounded up? / How do round ups work?

Your round ups are automatically enabled; your transactions will be rounded up and the difference added after X hours. Once you connect a bank account for round ups your recent transactions will show in your Roundup account in This Week > Round ups. You can then see the spare change total added to your account on each transaction. You can change your round up settings any time in Settings.

Your Saved this week total, which is made up of all your round ups for that week, plus any other deposits you have set up, can be withdrawn from your Roundup account at any time once you have reached the saving goal of at least N5000 the amount you wish to withdraw would then be credited to your bank account.

How much could I save from round ups?

This will vary according to how many transactions you make.

How secure is my information?

Your account, bank(card) details are stored on a fully encrypted independent third-party database.

Can I sign up for an account on the Roundup website?

Yes! Our service is currently available on the web and coming soon on mobile apps.

I want to change my phone number

You can change your phone number by editing it from the “ Edit Profile” section of the app.

Which banks do you support for round ups?

Round ups are supported by a wide range of banks, but we are always looking to add more! If your bank is not listed in the options, feel free to drop the team a message at and we can make sure you are added to the list for your bank.

When can I withdraw funds from my Roundup account?

Once you have reached the saving goal of at least N5000 in your Roundup wallet, you can withdraw any amount you wish to withdraw, and it will be credited to your bank account.
